Olympus introduces its new Tough Digital Cameras for the sports lovers and weekend warriors. In the shoot and point digital cameras, we can easily kill the compact cameras that are very ordinary and are not as hard as grade gear.

Olympus also introduces its new TG310, TG610 cameras with special and extra features of water proof, freeze proof and shock proof. The main features of both the cameras are 14 mega pixel sensor stabilizers with dual image connections of HDMI which can record a resolution of 720 p high definition video. The extra feature of TG310 camera has a provosion of optical zoom lens . The model TG 610 comes with 5x zoom lens.

The latest and the new features on both the models of the camera have a software that is built in and which can help capture images in 3D , even though both the cameras have the provision of a single lens.
Photographers can point the camera at a particular subject and take the shot. The camera can capture the subject at a slightly different angle and can automatically snaps the second image and can load both the pictures in one MPO file and the user can take and print the best snap shot.

The price of the camera wasn’t disclosed yet by the Olympus, but it says that the product will be available in U.S by the first quarter of 2011.
