The Aspire 5745DG depends on graphic solution of 425M which is known as NVIDIA GeForce. This is a highly decent graphics processing unit for your multimedia purposes and perfect for less demanding games. However it is not enough powerful for providing you with an excellent experience while playing the more demanding and newer games in the stereo 3D format.

But Acer probably tried to push the level of brightness a little bit higher. As a result of that black has a higher amount of brightness and the level of contrast is also affected. Even the higher amount of ghosting level may be related to this.
Thus overall, the Aspire 5745DG, Acer’s 3D capable laptop is much more affordable than most other laptops with 3D functionalities. This laptop is quite perfect for different types of multimedia purposes but it is enough for playing games in the mode of 3D stereo. But, the less demanding games can be played in the 2D format. The level of ghosting and crosstalk is not so bad that they cannot be tolerated, but it is not up to the expectations.
