That title reads like poetry, doesn’t it? Unfortunately, those that are excited to get their hands on the HTC EVO 3D might not be impressed by the alliteration…The desktop docking accessory that will make your EVO 3D the highlight of your boring workday may not be ready when your cell phone is. Best Buy is reporting that the docking apparatus will be on backorder for at least a week. Um, but doesn’t the EVO 3D come out on Friday? Yes…yes it does…
There are some battery concerns as there’s no doubt that the 3D effect will take up quite a bit of juice. The dockwill allow your smartphone to sync up with your desktop computer while charging which should give you more than enough battery life to spend your day checking out 3D content instead of working. I mean, lucky for me, I’m paid for that stuff…but, not everyone is and Best Buy understands that. That’s why they apologize for the delay. Well, they didn’t actually, but I’m sure they would if they were here right now.
You’ll just have to use the drab power cable that comes with it for the time being. There’s no doubt that Best Buy is expecting a rush on everything HTC EVO 3D, but until they get some of these docking stations on shelves, it’s all just one big mirage…lingering…and your mouth is so dry for an EVO 3D…
